Hummer is planning to unveil a trio of concept H3’s at SEMA to show how a few weekends of work and a host of HUMMER and GM accessories can turn a standard H3 into an off-road beast.
First up is the H3T Weekend Warrior concept which features 5.3L V-8 with an additional 70 hp over the production version, thanks to several products from GM Performance Parts. The new components include new cylinder heads, higher-lift camshaft, and a custom 3.5-inch exhaust system. Riding on 20-inch wheels fitted with BFGoodrich Baja T/A tires, the concept uses aftermarket suspension parts in order to tackle the worst trails a driver can throw at it. Other changes include custom Baja Orange Metallic paint, a host of HUMMER exterior accessories, and a black leather interior with orange accents.
